How You Will Get Certified
Step 1:
Before the live certification session, you'll complete approximately two hours of self-paced online learning. This pre-work introduces the foundational concepts of the EQ-i 2.0® and EQ 360® assessments, ensuring you're well-prepared to engage fully in the training.

Step 2:
As part of your preparation, you'll complete your own EQ-i 2.0® assessment and receive a personalized 1-hour debrief with a certified coach. This session offers valuable insight into your emotional intelligence profile and models how to effectively interpret and deliver feedback using the EQ-i tool.

Step 3:
Participate in two days of engaging, live instructor-led training led by an EQ-i Master Trainer. These highly interactive sessions deepen your understanding of the EQ-i 2.0® and EQ 360® tools and build your confidence in applying them through real-world scenarios, discussions, and hands-on practice.

Step 4:
Exam Preparation: Be Fully Equipped for Success
You'll receive all the guidance and resources needed to confidently prepare for and pass the EQ-i 2.0® certification exam. We ensure you're ready with a solid understanding of the content and tools.

Step 5: Certified
Our program will certify you to use all the available versions of both the EQ-i and the EQ360.
