Dr. Eric Rodriguez

Certified Training Consultant


I have many years of business and leadership experience managing small and large teams with roles as Executive Director, Director, Associate Director, and Project Manager. Was recognized several times as a top director for excellence in leadership. I have taught undergraduate and graduate-level courses in business, management, and organizational psychology. I have a doctoral degree from Pepperdine University with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership and a Master’s of Business Administration degree from Azusa Pacific University.

Dr. Ludmila Praslova

Ludmila N. Praslova, Ph.D. (Industrial/Organizational Psychology) is using her 25+ years of experience with global, cultural, demographic, and ability diversity, cultural psychology research, program development, and teaching to help create inclusive and equitable workplaces. She is a Professor of Psychology and the founding Director of Graduate Programs in Organizational Psychology at Vanguard University of Southern California, and the founder of the Creating Healthy Organizations conference. 

Prior to her academic career, she built and led successful intercultural relations programs and facilitated cross-cultural collaboration in global organizations. Her recent work is focused on supporting organizations in creating systemic inclusion informed by an understanding of neurodiversity. In addition to belonging, inclusion, and diversity, her areas of expertise include organizational effectiveness, organizational culture assessment and change, organizational analytics, facilitating creativity and innovation, justice and civility, and training and training evaluation.

Her peer-reviewed work was published in Industrial and Organizational Psychology: Perspectives on Science and Practice; Educational Assessment, Evaluation and Accountability, and Assessment Update. She is the editor of the upcoming book “Evidence-Based Organizational Practices for Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging and Equity” (Cambridge Scholars).

Dr. Andrew Stenhouse

The graduate courses I teach in Vanguard University's Organizational Psychology program include Behavior and Psychology in Organizations, Psychology of Leadership and Motivation, Organizational Systems, Development and Change. Occasionally I teach Team Leadership and Conflict Management for the Leadership Studies program. Prior to returning to Vanguard University, I founded and directed the Organizational Psychology program for Concordia University Irvine, California’s first Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Psychology designed specifically for working professionals.
